Serenity Med Ride  Terms & Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to Serenity Med Ride. By booking or using our non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services, you (“patient,” “client,” or “user”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are intended to ensure safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for all patients. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Service Eligibility

  • Our services are designed for non-emergency medical transportation only. If you require emergency care, please dial 911. Patients are encouraged to schedule rides at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes past the scheduled pickup time, so please be ready when your vehicle arrives.
     

  • If you need to cancel a ride, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in service suspension or fees, depending on Medicaid or insurance program guidelines.
     

  • Payment for services depends on the type of ride. Medicaid and insurance-covered rides will be billed directly to the appropriate provider. Private pay clients are responsible for payment at the time of booking or upon completion of the ride.
     

  • For everyone’s safety and comfort, patients must wear seatbelts during transport, follow driver instructions, and treat staff with courtesy and respect. Smoking, vaping, drugs, or alcohol are not permitted in any Serenity Med Ride vehicle.
     

  • Serenity Med Ride will provide properly maintained, ADA-compliant vehicles operated by trained and professional drivers. Our team is committed to protecting your personal and health information in accordance with HIPAA and all applicable privacy regulations.
     

  • While we strive to ensure timely service, Serenity Med Ride is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always do our best to keep patients informed if such delays occur.​​​​

We are open 7 days a week to serve you.

🕓 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday – Sunday)

For transportation requests in the early morning or late evening, outside of our standard office hours, please contact dispatch in advance to confirm availability. While our office operates on fixed hours, our vehicles run 24/7 across Colorado to meet client needs. Availability may vary depending on your county and payment method.
